CareerStorm Ltd, based in Finland, has specialized in designing online career tools since 1998. The CareerStorm team has developed a host of interactive career services for online career portals, e.g. Monster.com (14 European countries and Canada), Career Innovation Company (UK) and Helsingin Sanomat (Finland).

In 2003 the company launched CareerStorm Navigator, a tool for supporting people in navigating their careers and lives amidst rapid transitions. This tool has been used by career professionals in over 20 countries, in English, German, French, Dutch, Swedish and Finnish.
